Warrior PATHH
You are not broken. With the right training, you can stop surviving and start living again.
Warrior PATHH is the nation's first non-clinical program designed
to cultivate post-traumatic growth in veterans and first responders.
Designed by those who served, for those who served.
Applications are open for 2026 — and space fills fast.
What Is Warrior PATHH?
Warrior PATHH — Progressive and Alternative Training for Helping Heroes — is an intensive peer-based training program that helps veterans and first responders walk the road home from service and build a life as purposeful and productive as the one they lived in uniform.
The program is rooted in decades of post-traumatic growth research pioneered by Dr. Richard Tedeschi, the founder of PTG science, developed in collaboration with the Boulder Crest Foundation. It is not therapy. It is not clinical. It is training — the same kind of rigorous, structured, peer-driven training that made you effective in service, now applied to the road home.
Warrior PATHH is offered at no cost to participants. Acceptance into the program is a significant gift — each program costs thousands of dollars per warrior, funded entirely through private donations.
The Results, 90 Days Later
We measure Warrior PATHH's impact across three domains: Symptom Reduction, Quality of Life Improvement, and Post-Traumatic Growth — using a combination of validated clinical instruments and proprietary measures assessed at four points: upon acceptance, upon arrival at the 5-day intensive, at its conclusion, and at the end of the 90-day program.
58% Reduction in PTSD Symptoms
54% Increase in PTG Scores
52% Sustained Improvement in Depression
44% Reduction in Drug Abuse
41% Reduction in Anxiety
39% Reduction in Sleep Disturbances
Under 1% program dropout rate. 500+ warriors transformed since 2019.
Assessments are not administered or interpreted by licensed
mental health care or medical professionals. Results are for
informational purposes only and are not used to diagnose any
condition. Individual results may vary.
How the Program Works
5-Day In-Person Intensive A small group of 6–8 warriors gather at our Macclenny, FL campus for five days of immersive, structured training led by a team of trained combat veterans and first responders. A one-to-one instructor-to-participant ratio ensures every warrior gets the attention they need.
90 Days of Virtual Integration The in-person experience is just the beginning. Following the intensive, participants engage in 90 days of structured online support via video calls — building on what was learned, maintaining accountability, and deepening peer relationships.
Up to 18 Months of Continued Growth Participants can choose to continue their Warrior PATHH journey for a total of 18 months of learning, growth, and community. The road home is long — we stay with you on it.
Who Is Warrior PATHH For?
Warrior PATHH is open to any veteran or first responder who has
served — regardless of branch, discharge status, or whether you
saw direct combat. If you wore the uniform or answered the call,
you are eligible.
You do not need a diagnosis to attend. You do not need a referral
from a doctor or the VA. You do not need to have tried other
programs first. You just need to be ready to do the work.
First responders — law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics,
and emergency medical personnel — are also welcome and
encouraged to apply.
How Warrior PATHH Is Different?
Non-Clinical
No therapists. No diagnoses. No clinical setting. Warrior PATHH
is a peer-based training program — not a treatment program.
That distinction matters deeply to the warriors who choose us.
Peer-Based
Every instructor is a veteran or first responder who has walked
this road. They are not studying you. They are standing beside
you — because they have been exactly where you are.
Science-Backed
PTG is not a buzzword. It is a rigorously studied scientific
framework developed over decades by Dr. Richard Tedeschi.
Our program is built on that foundation — which is why
our outcomes are measurable and sustained.
Built for the Long Road
A weekend retreat can spark something. Warrior PATHH is built
to sustain it. With 90 days of structured virtual support and
up to 18 months of continued engagement, this is a commitment
to your growth — not a one-time event.
